How Our Live Streaming Works
Inital Contact
We will get back to your email or phone call and we will discuss your requirements.
Quote
We send you a no obligation quote to your email for you to look over.
Event Day
We live stream your funeral or wedding, with the stream starting 15 minutes before.
Post Event
We will send you a download of your stream so you can keep it forever.
On The Day
- We arrive at least 1 hour before the service start time to set up
- We usually set up at the back facing the front and zoom in to follow who’s speaking. (We can set up anywhere you’d like, just let us know)
- 4/5G speed is tested to ensure a stable speed. If this isn’t possible, we will place the router outside. If this doesn’t help, we will record the service and upload it as soon as possible
- The live stream begins 15 minutes before the service start time
- We constantly monitor the stream to ensure it’s working as it should
- We will send you a link to download the live streams the day after the funeral, so you can keep it forever
Our Equipment
We use Panasonic cameras, which allow us to live stream in full HD from anywhere, even outside!
We also use a LiveU 4/5G bonded router that allows us to stream without wifi from almost anywhere.
We can:
- Bring in any graphics, including photos, lower thirds & pre-recorded videos
- Bring in audio from anywhere in the venue and mix it for the live stream
- Output to any screen in the venue or church to allow anyone to watch
